Esta obra, aunque llamada “Volcano” y visualmente recuerda a su nombre, hace crítica a la ambición egoísta e hipócrita de poderosos y mandatarios del planeta Tierra. El rojo, se refiere a la sangre derramada y a la vez necesaria para la vida. El negro y el dorado, hablan del oro, petróleo y materias extrañas, elementos que han conseguido mostrar la codicia y la ambición descontrolada del ser humano, ante poniéndose al derecho a igualdad y bienestar común sin importar cuantas vidas sean destruidas o naturaleza exterminada.
This work, though titled “Volcano” and visually reminiscent of its name, critiques the selfish and hypocritical ambition of powerful figures and leaders on planet Earth. The red refers to the blood spilled, yet essential for life. The black and gold represent gold, oil, and other exotic materials—elements that have revealed humanity’s unchecked greed and ambition, prioritizing it over the right to equality and the common good, regardless of how many lives are destroyed or how much nature is exterminated.
